The Global Income Tracking Department plays an integral role in maximizing revenue collections, while bringing to attention issues regarding the company’s revenue and internal processes that may have a direct impact on revenue collection and income processing.   As the Income Tracking Associate, you will be responsible for identifying missed, unreported and incorrect royalty reporting and will research and analyze data to determine the extent of any unreporting/underreporting.  The Income Tracking Associate will ensure resolution underreported/underreported royalty matters by contacting necessary parties and implementing a collection strategy.   The primary purpose of this position is to support the general Income tracking team initiatives, which consist of tracking and ensure timely and proper collection of mechanical and performance royalties for Concord’s publishing repertoire in the United States and Canada. This individual must possess a deep understanding of Concord’s repertoire and revenue streams and will maintain a full and ongoing understanding of Concord’s end to end revenue and royalty processes, including contractual obligations, work registration and delivery processes, revenue collections, financial workflows, royalty cycles and distributions.
