Position Purpose:
This role sits at the intersection of accounting, finance, technology, and music distribution. You will join a mission-driven finance team, responsible for helping design, build, and scale
the accounting and royalties’ infrastructure that supports a rapidly growing digital music distribution and fintech platform.
Rather than stepping into a static accounting function, you’ll help bring efficiency to accounting systems, integrate royalties and financial reporting, and ensure our systems can support complex deal structures, advances, revenue sharing, and multi-party royalty flows across a global client base of 10,000+ artists, labels, and rights holders.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys ambiguity, questions the status quo, and thinks in terms of systems, automation, and scalable process design - not just debits and credits. You’ll collaborate closely with finance, royalties, product, new business, and underwriting teams to ensure financial accuracy while supporting innovation in how money moves through the music ecosystem.
