As the Talent Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and logistics of the KIDZ BOP Kids. This includes managing diaries, liaising with parents/guardians and talent agents, booking travel, assisting with casting, and overseeing invoice submissions and payments. You will work closely with key KIDZ BOP departments—including Music, Touring, Video, and Brand—to ensure all talent-related requests are managed efficiently and delivered on schedule. The role also involves coordinating all travel and attending KIDZ BOP events, shows, and video shoots alongside the KIDZ BOP Kids. In addition, you will be responsible for instructing and enforcing all KIDZ BOP guidelines and Handbook policies. This position operates under the close and direct supervision of the Talent Development Manager, who oversees the KIDZ BOP Kids globally

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate the KB Kids daily schedules and diary management, ensuring workload is manageable for the KB Kids
  • Coordinate day-to-day talent needs from all departments and maintain deadlines for all assets requested
  • Booking all travel including flights, hotels, transfers, private cars etc.
  • Available to travel with the KB kids whenever needed in various countries
  • The Talent Development Coordinator will be in constant communication with the KB Kids parents/ guardians to ensure their needs are met, fostering a fun, positive environment for all
• Working with the Talent Development Manager and business affairs on talent handbook, safety procedures, KB kids annual training and all talent related policies to ensure they are regularly updated and in line with all laws and guidelines
  • Training all new talent on the KB Handbook guidelines & enforcing all handbook rules
  • Obtain talent permits and ensure legal & educational compliance
  • Assisting Talent Development Manager to ensure all child labor laws are upheld
  • Work closely with the business management team to ensure all payroll and expenses are efficiently coded and paid
  • Creating invoices for talent reimbursements and tracking them to ensure on time payments
• Assisting on weekly parent calls with talent to ensure everyone is kept up to date on their current responsibilities and upcoming projects
• Assisting Talent Development Manager with the yearly casting process including planning and executing yearly castings and callbacks, setting timelines and overseeing logistic
• Work with and support various KIDZ BOP departments including the following areas:
  • KIDZ BOP Video Team
    • Scheduling, travel logistics
    • Working with the Video Team and external production teams on timelines, KB kid’s procedures and working hours
  • KIDZ BOP Music Team
    • Ensuring all KB kid deadlines are met in a timely manner
    • Distributing files, documents and resources to KB Kids
    • Scheduling, travel logistics, onsite point of contact for talent
    • Pulling together talent team around the KB kids including vocal coaches
  • KIDZ BOP Touring Team
    • Work closely with both internal and external touring team
    • Arranging travel and logistics
    • Available to attend KIDZ BOP Concerts in person
  • KIDZ BOP Brand Marketing & Social Media Team
    • Create social content calendars and manage content organization
    • Provide social content guidance to the KB Kids and oversee their posting schedule
    • Coordinate social content creation with video production team
    • Monitor posts and their associated comments

What you’ll need:

• Interest in talent management & development, social media, touring, and brand marketing
• Self-Starter with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• General agreement and acceptance of the company’s core values
• Ability to travel extensively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, eagerness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills
• Up to date passport
• Proficient in diary management, Microsoft word, excel & outlook

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

*This job is hybrid- requiring 3 days a week minimum on site.
