As the Talent Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and logistics of the KIDZ BOP Kids. This includes managing diaries, liaising with parents/guardians and talent agents, booking travel, assisting with casting, and overseeing invoice submissions and payments. You will work closely with key KIDZ BOP departments—including Music, Touring, Video, and Brand—to ensure all talent-related requests are managed efficiently and delivered on schedule. The role also involves coordinating all travel and attending KIDZ BOP events, shows, and video shoots alongside the KIDZ BOP Kids. In addition, you will be responsible for instructing and enforcing all KIDZ BOP guidelines and Handbook policies. This position operates under the close and direct supervision of the Talent Development Manager, who oversees the KIDZ BOP Kids globally
