As the Craft A&R and Marketing Intern, you will acquire a deep knowledge of the catalog world through your work in general research, sales analysis, playlist creation, and more.

 

Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Spring Internship Program will run from Tuesday, January 27th – Friday, April 3rd and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location. 

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Aid in the creation of marketing tools and assets for forthcoming releases.
  • Assist with social media calendars and influencer indentification and outreach. 
  • Research and ideate as it relates to marketing and other opportunites around our catalog. 
  • Track weekly physical sales and streaming numbers for our biggest albums. 
  • Aid in programming playlists for multiple platforms including Spotify and Youtube.
  • Miscellaneous support tasks.

Qualifications

What you'll need: 

  • Passion for the industry and a desire for a career in it. 
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • This internship is a part-time paid internship and requires someone located in/near Los Angeles. 
  • The timeline of this internship program runs from Tuesday, January 27th – Friday, April 3rd. You must be able to work 20 hours/week. 

 

The hourly rate for this position is $17.87
