Concord Label Group UK are responsible for building the brands of Concord’s labels and catalogue within the UK market. Alongside our label and distribution partners, maximising sales potential and career development within the UK for Concord Artists, and catalogue.

 

 

As the International Marketing Manager, Catalogue, you'll be responsible for managing global marketing campaigns and communications for a roster of Concord Label Group’s catalogue releases.  Delivers vision, strategy and all pertinent information/assets both so that our global staff can implement effective local campaigns as well as running centralized marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Create and manage global marketing plans for our catalogue portfolios.
  • Set sales and audience growth and engagement targets for campaigns that align with Craft plan.
  • Manage and set the global catalogue budgets with Craft colleagues
  • Hire third party marketing and PR agencies for campaigns as necessary.
  • Engage our global marketing, commercial teams and communicating plans.
  • Manage global campaigns centrally where local engagement is not necessary
  • Engage our distribution partner on all aspects of production from initiation through to stock management (re-stocks, campaigning, new formats...etc), in collaboration with Concord Production team and Craft.
  • Act as the International point person for management and/or artists.
  • Liaise with other departments to develop a strong overall global plan and ensure global staff have the information and tools they need for each project.
  • Manage overall execution of project timeline and ensure that deadlines are met. Raise red flags immediately when an issue may affect a release; if possible, anticipate such issues and proactively head off problems.
  • Localize digital assets and marketing tools as required to adapt to most effective strategies in ex-US markets
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

What you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, music management, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of business experience, preferably in music entertainment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with many different departments/personalities; works well in team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Strong enthusiasm for music and culture
  • Experienced and engaged with all social platforms – tik tok, IG, Discord, FB, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated attitude; ability to work proactively at all times
  • Excellent artist and artist management relations skills
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communications skills: professional, confident and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and solve a variety of problems.
  • Ability to effectively lead marketing meetings on assigned projects with international teams, labels and artists/artists’ management.
  • Travel required (about 10-15%) and must be available to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • General agreement and acceptance of the company’s core values.

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
