Concord Label Group UK are responsible for building the brands of Concord’s labels and catalogue within the UK market. Alongside our label and distribution partners, maximizing sales potential and career development within the UK for Concord Artists, and catalogue.

 

 

As the Director, Audience Development, you'll be responsible for setting up current and target audience profiling for campaigns, working with various tools to set targets for audience growth and development. The role will also help build the strategy for reaching those targets, working alongside labels and other services. They will also monitor progress offering analysis and course corrections when necessary.

Responsibilities

WWhat you’ll do:

  • Build audience segments insights: current fans, potential / casual streamers, aspirational targets analysis (Brand affinity, streaming behaviour, consumption, preferred creative)
  • Deliver data-led action points to inform marketing, advertising, streaming strategy decisions
  • Create audience growth plans: collaborating with labels and both organic social media teams and paid media teams to recommend action points, creative assets and paid efforts.
  • Identify key creators, tastemakers and blogs/narrative seeding pages in order to build up relationships and execute full content marketing and creator campaigns.
  • Assess impact of both paid and organic efforts on audience growth, engagement and sentiment
  • Identify opportunities for growth globally, using metrics like sound use, socials growth etc (eg. we regularly flag peaks on performance in certain territories and how to amplify them) 

 

Qualifications

WWhat you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or other relevant discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in music marketing role.
  • Ability to operate in a highly collaborative manner and work well under pressure. 
  • Established relations with marketing and creator agencies
  • Proven track record of delivering audience growth
  • A strategic and analytical approach with the ability to communicate actionable suggestions.
  • Creative and innovative outlook
  • Experience working with labels, artists and managers
  • Ability to work across multiple projects of different sizes and development
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.

 

At

Salary Range: $90,000 - 110,000

 

*This job is hybrid- requiring 3 days a week minimum on site.
