As the Ecommerce Manager, you'll be responsible for the direct-to-consumer marketing and revenue for Rounder Records, Concord Records, Concord Jazz and PULSE Records campaigns including by not limited to the duties set forth below. Works under moderate supervision.    

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Oversees the day to day direct to consumer revenue and marketing execution for the Rounder Records, Concord Records, Concord Jazz and PULSE Records storefronts to meet or exceed budget goals
  • Coordinates with DTC Operations team to provide all campaign assets including descriptions and visual assets for all product listings
  • Collaborates with Production team to order and confirm delivery of all media and merchandise products according to fulfillment center due dates
  • Supports the label marketing teams in the development and implementation of email, advertising and other creative strategies to aggressively drive DTC revenue, as well as consumer engagement/retention
  • Advises label and artist teams on product and bundle mix by maintaining knowledge of consumer trends and sell through rates
  • Manages shared calendar of direct-to-consumer campaigns with each respective label, providing and policing asset due dates and promoting best practices with project managers
  • Oversees the forecasting of all DTC campaigns and explains data on results to label and/or artist teams
  • Develops creative seasonal sales plans (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Sales, etc)

 

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, music business, or other relevant discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in entertainment merchandising or marketing
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Bandcamp and other ecommerce platforms
  • Advanced communication and organization skills
  • A passion for music, the music business and serving artists at the highest level

*This job is hybrid- requiring 3 days a week minimum on site.
