As the Global Marketing & Sales Coordinator ,you'll be responsible for assisting the Global marketing  & sales teams in their day to day operation.  Works under close/direct supervision.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Assisting global Commercial, Marketing and Digital teams in administrative tasks including (but not limited to)…
    • Processing Invoices for all marketing teams based outside the US (UK, FR, DE, ES, NL, CA, AU, JP, MX) and International Marketing team in the US. Liaising with US based finance teams to help manage process.
    • Maintain an invoice tracking processes to enable us to keep tabs on current spend levels.
  • Artist Stock - Processing artist stock orders, invoicing artist teams, liaising with US inventory team to track and arranging courier delivery of stock.
  • Ordering promotional stock and tracking orders.
  • Manage physical release initiation process with our distributor, liaising with US international marketing team, US production team and distributor’s production team. Hosting regular initiation meetings and ensuring International managers are submitting all information correctly.
  • Updating international release & DSP schedules
  • Managing physical sales process with distributors (indies sell-in)
  • Distributing sales notes & weekly planners
  • Assisting on promotion/event days
  • Running Sales and marketing reports
  • Helping to managing Agendas for regular meetings
  • General office administration - postage, arranging couriers, booking cars, organizing limited office storage for stock… etc.
    During periods of absence of any other team members, you may help manage their day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • 6 months+ experience in the music industry, ideally at a label.
  • A fan of music and a passion for learning and new ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, cloud-based asset storage, and social media platforms to a basic level.
  • Comfortable solving problems independently as well as part of a team, prioritising heavy workloads, working under pressure and multitasking.
  • Ability to prioritise to tight deadlines with a strong sense of initiative and a careful attention to detail.
  • Passionate about a wide-range of music and technology/digital trends
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising
