As the Technology Product Lead, Music Publishing you are a thorough and adaptive team player as well as an enthusiastic IT professional who can communicate exceptionally well with both business stakeholders and technology specialists. In this role, you will understand and document the business needs, challenges and processes that support existing systems and their overall business strategy. You will analyze the business needs to identify viable new processes, tools, features, improvements, and world-class technical solutions that will meet those needs more accurately and efficiently with the ability to scale, including participating in the selection, procurement, and implementation of same. You will interface directly with the Copyright, Royalties, Licensing, Finance, Accounting and other business areas that support the day-to-day operations of Concord’s Publishing business.

- Comfortable working with internal and outsourced/offshore teams.
*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
