As Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing asset creation and social media best practices for Fearless artist campaigns. Works under direct supervision from the VP Marketing and general direction from the Digital Marketing Manager and Project Manager

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with project managers on releases helping to develop album roadmaps and timelines, project milestones, tasks, schedules, resources, budgets, and assets
  • Help maintain marketing plan by updating goals, objectives, campaigns, and results, communicating each artists’ vision to all teams across Concord label services
  • Assist the digital marketing manager to execute upon digital campaigns and social strategies for each release noting relevant platforms, benchmarks and content for each
  • Create social media calendars providing insight on creative copy and updates for all owned assets such as social media properties, newsletters and website updates

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a fast-moving, creative environment.
  • Ability to manage a number of concurrent projects, multi-task and work to deliver outstanding work on tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Photoshop
  • A deep understanding of the digital, social and content marketing space with a keen eye for viral content, trends on emerging social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Salary Range: $29.00 - 32.00 per hour

 

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
