The Direct To Consumer Operations Department is responsible for managing our label webstores by building and launching product campaigns, maintaining the site experience, and managing inventory arrivals, shipments, and stock levels. Externally, we work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure our product is properly received and that it ships according to our release timelines, ultimately leading to a positive customer experience. Internally, we work closely with our D2C representatives at each label to help them execute the artist’s vision, and the Production and Finance team to make sure our processes for tracking inventory and capturing sales are tightly adhered to.

 

 

As the D2C Operations Intern, you'll learn the ins and outs of managing a Direct To Consumer Business by assisting with day to day tasks that keep our department running.

 

Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Spring Internship Program will run from Tuesday, January 21st – Friday, March 28th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location. 

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Compile the companywide tour schedule circulation

  • Clean up the draft albums in each label’s Bandcamp (focusing on Craft Recordings)

  • Assist the team with routine tasks that must be done each week. Includes building products for campaigns, running and actioning reporting, and handling tasks that may arise unexpected

Qualifications

What you'll need: 

  • Strong analytic skillset. 
  • This internship is a part-time paid internship and requires someone located in/near Nashville.
  • The timeline of this internship program runs from Tuesday, January 21st – Friday, March 28th. You must be able to work 20 hours/week.
