Client Services is the voice and advocate for our Royalty-generating clients across our three operating divisions. We advocate for our clients through providing both direct support and resources to internal teams and our clients directly. This includes, but is not limited to, efficiently responding to inquiries related to royalty statements and payments and identifying and advocating for the products and features our clients and internal teams need to continue to deliver value to our clients, and in return, the company.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the most talented professionals in the music industry in a welcoming environment. We are looking for someone that is passionate about music and royalty accounting, and who is eager to learn more about music publishing administration and operations. This individual will be deeply involved in the day-to-day royalty administration activities within Concord Music Publishing. This role provides a unique opportunity to experience multiple facets of music publishing, as you will interact and work directly with both creative and operational teams on a daily basis.
