As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will assist in all activities in the accounts payable function, including invoice processing for overhead costs & royalties, as well as manage the full payment process for all Recorded Music invoices.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure proper tax forms are received for vendors and royalty payees
  • Maintain vendor records for accuracy
  • Support AP Associate with invoice entries and expense report processing
  • Assist in monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in monitoring the AP email inbox to process incoming invoices and respond to employees and vendors in a timely manner
  • Provide accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff
  • Perform related ad hoc reporting

Qualifications

What you'll need:

  • Full cycle A/P experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Expert in a computerized accounting environment
  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

 

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
