Responsibilities

Position Purpose:  Responsible for the implementation and support of the NetSuite platform in alignment with the needs of business. The role will assist in managing the configurations, platform upgrades, testing coordination, and user training as needed.  Will evaluate NetSuite financial best practices and work with business partners to help prioritize maintenance of customizations and enhancements to the platform.  Communication of release and change management processes associated with the ERP implementation along and helps to guide the overall development of best practices in administration of the platform.  Works under general supervision.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop key financial processes, ensure GAAP requirements are met and are in line with NetSuite best practices
  • Participates in the creation of functional and technical requirements, systems configuration, data integrity and all system-related procedures.
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs.
  • Establish implementation plans and assists with overall solution design.  Reviews and approves customization requirements when needed.
  • Assists with the creation of test cases and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system configuration objectives have been met.
  • Support end user requests for new searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards.
  • Support user administration and daily administration tasks.
  • Support the deployment processes, ensuring the continuity of business operations during implementations.
  • Assists in the troubleshooting of performance issues and suggests additional methods to optimize the system for enhanced performance when needed.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • 4-year degree in CS/IT/IS/MIS or similar.
  • 3+ years of NetSuite ERP experience with customizations, enhancements, and day to day administration tasks.
  • Understanding of and ability to build Saved Searches, and financial reports, troubleshoot issues, and test new customizations. 
  • An understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteCloud, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk.
  • Experience creating business requirements for integrations to NetSuite such as Salesforce, payroll systems, ect.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting functions.

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
