As the Rental Services Coordinator for European American Music Dist. Co, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the rental of hire materials (sheet music) to performing arts organizations in North America, including the processing of perusal and rental orders, requests for rental fee quotes, and invoicing. The catalogs this role is associated with are Schott, Universal Edition, Bärenreiter, and Faber, among others. You will also be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and emails related to rental inquiries and provide general administrative support as needed. Works under moderate supervision of the Rental Services Manager.
